We don’t know too much about this piece of vintage art, but if I had to guess where it was published, I would say a children’s magazine or a newspaper (comic section). The piece is marked December Champ ’41 and in pencil December ’42 Champ.

This piece would look great framed and hanging in a child’s bedroom.
